It is designed by Podiatrists who understand and have a solution for the most common problems encountered with an increase in activity. We have uniquely combined many products that are not readily available to the consumer. The products come with clear and informative instructions for use. We are the only company to aggregate these items and offer it to the consumer. We are focused on one thing and that is providing foot products that take the guess work out of what you will need to make it through your event. Your event could be athletic or non-athletic, a vacation, a convention etc..

How do I use the All Gel Toe Cap?
Gently apply to clean dry toe by opening end of cap and pull onto toe. One size fits all. If cap is too long for a toe, use scissors to trim the open end of cap. Do not cut off capped end of product.

Does the All Gel Toe Cap come in different sizes?
Packs 4Feet carries size “small” which fits the vast majority of toes sizes. If you have sizing concerns or want to inquire about special sizes contact us at contactus@packs4feet.com

How do I use the Self Adhesive Metatarsal Pad?
Remove adhesive back and place pad directly over the painful area on the bottom of the ball of the foot. Place widest portion toward the toes.

Which end of the metatarsal pad faces which direction?
Gently apply to clean dry foot. Remove adhesive back and apply pad directly over the area of pain. These pads are intended for the bottom of the foot but can be used anywhere.

How many uses can I get out of each of the non-gel pads?
They are intended for single application; however, multiple uses are possible depending on use and adhesive. Athletic tape can be used to reinforce or secure pads.

How many uses can I get out of each of the gel pads?
We recommend that you hand wash product with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Then, air dry. Once dry, the pad will renew its self-adhering surface and stick again many times.

How do I care for the pads?
For Foam pads, they are intended for single use application; however, multiple uses are possible depending on use and adhesive. Athletic tape can be used to reinforce or secure pads.
For Gel pads, we recommend that you hand wash product with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Then, air dry. Once dry, the pad will renew its self-adhering surface and stick again many times. Do not put powder, lotions, or medications on this pad or skin while using. NOTE: Gel cushion will not adhere unless skin clean and dry. The life of the product is affected by its care, use and activity level of the individual.

What is the tape used for?
2” athletic tape of the highest quality is included to reinforce padding as necessary or for general taping of the foot.

What if the pads won’t stay where I put them?
The foam pad is designed for one application. With multiple uses the pad may have lost its adhesiveness. You can reinforce foam pad with tape if need to reuse. Gel pads are intended for multiple use applications. See instructions for care of pads. Reorder pads as necessary.

What if the toe cap slides off?
Wearing socks or nylons increases the stability of the toe cap. Consider a small piece of athletic tape as necessary to hold in place.

Can I use lotion before placing the pads directly to my skin?
It is not recommended that lotion be used before using any of our products.

What if I get a rash from the adhesive?
Discontinue use and contact your doctor immediately.

What if the pads are uncomfortable?
The most common reason is improper use. If you are using the foam or comfort kit consider the equivalent gel pad from the performance kit.

No. See your doctor as needed.
