To order from Packs4Feet online store, use the online store just like any other web store.  You are welcome to order without registering, however, we recommend you register for ease of use in the future and an opportunity to receive product updates as Packs4Feet products come available.

Online Pricing Policy
Prices found online represent our current list prices PLUS any special pricing offers.  Site discounts, if any, do not apply to equipment and sale items.

Payment Methods

For U.S. orders, Packs4Feet accepts MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal.  We do NOT accept checks or cash when receiving orders placed by phone or website.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any orders sent to us via e-mail. Shoppers must make purchases via our Web site, over the phone (1-877-224-6608), or by mail. We strictly enforce this rule to protect YOU, as we have designed our Web site ordering system to protect the security of your information. Since ordinary e-mail is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via e-mail. For your security, please do not include credit card information in any e-mail you send us.

Shipping Considerations
All orders placed before 2:00pm PT online will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services unless otherwise selected. Customers pay for all shipping charges.  Overnight and Second Day shipping options can be selected at Checkout. Additional shipping charges will be applied to these shipments.

Within The U.S. - Lower 48 states only.  Packs4Feet delivers to the continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses at this time.  Estimated availability October 2009.

To Multiple Addresses - The shopping cart on Packs4Feet does not currently allow you to ship to more than one address at a time. If you need to ship product to multiple addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

Merchandise Return Policy
A no-hassle, money-back, 100% satisfaction guarantee comes with every Packs4Feet product sold.  We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original order. Products must be returned in resalable condition, clean, and not damaged. All original packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used. Products such as creams and lotions may not be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once they have been opened. Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

If you wish to exchange an item, an additional shipping charge will be assessed; we will ship the new product to you for $6.95 as soon as we receive the original item back from you. Any difference in price between the new item you wish to receive, and the item you originally ordered, will also be charged (or refunded) to your credit card. However, if a mistake was made on our part we will ship the new order to you free of charge.

If you wish to return a product, you will receive a refund in full (less shipping and handling). This refund will post to your credit card account approximately 7 days after we receive the item back from you.
