3-Day Breast Cancer Event Walker

Alice Cook is 32 years old and is an ardent supporter of the fight against breast cancer.  For the last seven years she has participated in a 60 mile walk that takes place over a three day period to raise money to assist in finding treatments and ultimately a cure for breast cancer.   Both her mother and best friend have passed away as a result of breast cancer.  Alice is very aware of the inevitable foot problems she will encounter during this event.  The problems she has encounter in the past are blistering, toe pain, ball of foot pain, arch pain and heel pain.  In the past she has tried various over the counter products from various stores with minimal relief.  She has found that she underestimated the demands that walking 60 miles take on her feet.  She found she was ill-prepared in regards to foot aliments she would encounter.

During the weeks leading up to her most recent event, Alice was introduced to a unique product called Packs4Feet.  She was delighted to find the kit and quickly realized that it offered easy to use, practical pads and gel products to address each of the problems she encountered in previous walks.  She began using the Packs4feet products to train for the walk and keep her feet “on the go”.  She was pleased to know that the kit was designed by a Podiatrist who really understood the problems she was facing during her training and ultimately her walk.  She uses components from the Packs4feet Performance kit to obtain maximum support and comfort during the lead up to the event.  During her activities of daily living, Alice uses the Packs4feet Comfort kit to maintain foot health.   When she runs out of pads or product she can order exactly what she needs on www.packs4feet.com. In fact, one of Alice’s goals this year is for her entire training group to complete the 60 mile walk without the foot problems she encountered in the past.

Casual Athlete and Recreational

Spencer and Grant are brothers who live in Western Washington.  They regularly go on day hikes in the local Cascade Mountains.  They find it invigorating to be outside and enjoy the exercise it provides.  They are new to the activity and have begun to experience points of pain on their feet while hiking.  Problems they have encountered include:  blistering on various parts of their feet, ball of foot pain, arch pain, heel pain, and toe pain.  They have gone to various local stores and even looked online for products that could help them stay active. They have been unsuccessful in their attempts to find the right product.  One day while taking a rest break a few miles into their hike, they met Wesley. Wesley appeared to be a much more experienced hiker and struck up a conversation with the twins.  Wes recommended a product called Packs4feet.  Packs4feet Comfort kit contained the exact products that the young hikers would need.  The kit contains gel toe caps to pad and reduce friction between toes.  It also contained metatarsal pads for the ball of the foot pain, arch pads for the arch pain, heel pads for heel pain, and reusable gel moleskin for the dreaded blistering.  The kit also contains topical pain reliever, athletic tape, and small pair of bandage scissors.  Wes finds the Packs4feet comfort kit practical, pertinent, easy to use, and best of all refillable.  He is able to go to www.packs4feet.com and reorder those components he finds beneficial.

Family Vacation
Alexa Jarvis, mother of two, is in charge of planning the family trip to Disneyland this year for a week.   She is apprehensive about the distances she will walk on the trip.  Her friends have warned her how busy and full the days can be especially with kids.  The week before her trip her friend JoAnne introduced her to a product called Packs4Feet.  JoAnne said it is a “must have item”.   She used it a few months prior while on her family vacation and it came in very handy.  She suffered from blistering from a new pair of shoes she bought for the trip on day one.  Day two was no better, she had ball of foot pain, heel and arch pain.  She found that Packs4Feet had a specific pad or product for these “points of pain” she had.  Day three was great and she found her ability to keep up with her kids was no problem.   Since then JoAnne has refilled her kit and uses the products when needed.  Alexa took JoAnne’s advice and purchased her Pack4Feet in advance of her trip at www.packs4feet.com. She realized she didn’t want to be in pain for days. She wanted to participate fully with her kids.
